**SHES Training Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating, developing, evaluating and maintaining SHES training curricula, schedules and materials to ensure personnel possess the knowledge and skills to perform tasks safely.
- Develop and maintain timely, well-organized curricula, lesson plans, training materials and resources.
- Ensure training curricula meet regulatory and Project requirements.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and modules.
- Coordinate SHES training schedules with department supervision and SHES Trainers.
- Establish and implement methodologies to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Audit internal SHES Trainers and modules to ensure learning quality.
- Liaise and coordinate with external training sources
- Coordinate with all Qatargas OPCO trainings.

**SHES Training Coordinator Qualification**:

- **Int. recognized qualification Training Certificate or Diploma**:

- 5+ years’ experience in health and safety.
- Must have experience in the **Oil and Gas** Industry.
- Should provide **secondment letter/Work Permit.**
