The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and promoting sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental issues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the waste management or recycling industry
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
