**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department for all dairy production equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and ensure timely repair and mínimal downtime.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies within the plant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in maintenance management within the **dairy or FMCG industry**.
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing machinery, refrigeration systems, and automated production lines.
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- **Must be currently in Qatar** with:
