SERVICE ADVISOR - GARAGE WORKSHOP
- **Job Scope**:_
The position is responsible for managing job orders from initiation through receiving vehicles, conducting inspections, handling job card initiation, and communicating with the floor supervisor and other stakeholders. This role also includes closing job orders upon completion.
- **Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities**_**:
** Participate in quarterly insights management and strategic analysis with the workshop General Manager (GM) and second-line team.** Cascade tactical objectives for the function with the workshop GM and second-line team.
** Provide a list of direct phone calls or walk-ins to the business development specialist for metrics analysis and management.** Coordinate with the business development team for planning job orders won from leads management.
** Handle all walk-ins.** Inspect different vehicles externally.
**Create a manual job card for any vehicle received.** Initiate all job orders through the job carding process.
** Participate in vehicle planning with various stakeholders (floor supervisor, business development, general coordinator, etc.).** Assure client/principal confirmation before operations initiation.
** Follow up with operations (scrum master role) and customers to gather feedback about their experience and inform the workshop general manager if issues arise.** Participate in the vehicle conclusion process.
- **Requirements**:_
** Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within a garage or workshop environment.**
** Proven experience in vehicle inspection, job order management, and stakeholder communication.**
** Experience working in sales or business development is an advantage.**
** Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage.**
** Strong organizational and coordination skills.**
** Excellent communication and customer service abilities.**
** Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.**
