Project Director

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Project Director represents Contractor management (and acts as the Sponsor for the Portfolio Delivery). The Project Director provides guidance to the project team to ensure that the project meets objectives. The Project Director also maintains frequent contact with the Project Manager to resolve contractual issues. The Project Director also ensures that key technology and bidding strategy are properly transferred to the Project Team. The Project Director also has responsibility to ensure that Peer Review Action Items are implemented on a timely basis.

The Project Director will be accountable for delivery of the Portfolio of QSGTL projects. The primary responsibility for the Project Director is for the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical and commercial aspects of the work safely, with quality and within schedule and budget objectives. The Project Director also ensures that the customer criteria and scope of work are being met by all disciplines.

The Project Director will be accountable for proper interface management with COMPANY and its (sub)CONTRACTORs and appropriate integration within the CONTRACTOR organization (project management, services, engineering, C&P, commissioning etc). The Project Director shall be accountable to resolve conflicts within the CONTRACTOR organization to enable delivery of the portfolio in line with defined value drivers and KPIs.

The Project Director shall act as the Risk Owner for all portfolio risks and ensure timely action close out while demonstrating ALARP. The Project Director shall foster a culture of Learner Mindset throughout the delivery of the Portfolio and drive CONTRACTOR personnel to embed lessons learned.

**Education, Skills & Experience**:
BSc., University in Engineering

Experience and Skill set

Minimum 20 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry

Minimum 15 years experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas related project delivery in a project management / engineering management role

Minimum 5 years experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas Project Delivery as an Umbrella Contract Project Director.
