The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supervising staff to ensure a smooth workflow. The role involves both front-of-house duties and back-end coordination, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support the café team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Train, motivate, and schedule team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Enforce health, safety, and food hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist with marketing promotions and seasonal menu changes when needed.
- Report to management on staff performance, sales, and operational issues.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
