**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms
- Drive high-quality lead generation while keeping CPL low
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing for improved performance
- Allocate and manage budgets across platforms; track and report ROI
- Choose and test effective creative types (image/video) for each campaign
- Work with lead forms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and coordinate lead follow-ups
- Monitor campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals
- Contribute to landing page or content optimizations when needed
- SEO knowledge is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-4 years of international experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proven success in paid social ads, lead generation, and CPL/ROI optimization
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Hands-on experience with lead gen forms and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with budget forecasting, A/B testing, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage large budgets efficiently and adapt underperforming campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
