Doha, Qatar - Tech Hiring - 3043561 **Role Purpose** - The role incumbent is responsible for the successful execution ofa low to medium complexity program & its profitability.It is a role requiring understanding of the individual program and how itinteracts with other programs. The Program Manager is also responsiblefor customer satisfaction and to some extent to the commercial growthwithin the account._ **Do** **_ Financial:_** - _ Is responsible for Gross margin achievement for theProgram_ - _ Is responsible for bonus received or penalty paid from/to thecustomers _ - _Adheres to project cash flow schedule _ - _Responsible for reducing value at risk (VaR) ($, days)_ **_ Offering/competency:_** - _ Is responsible for increasing project effort charged to domainexperts_ - _ Formulates an appropriately structured Governance framework forthe account in which he/she is the sole Program manager. Else works asper the governance framework defined by the Program Director_ - _ Creates a clearly defined and documented escalation mechanism inplace _ - _Ensures governance ties in with Scope/Change Management_ **_ Delivery/Customer satisfaction_** - _ Leads and owns the Program Delivery(schedule/risk/issues/changes/dependencies)_ - _ Helps establish the required execution and project methodologiessynergizing customer and Wipro methodologies_ - _ for meeting Program Quality-Cost-Delivery schedule_ - _ Manages operational parameters of the program as signed off (ppc, offshore - onsite mix, utilization, bulge) _ - _Handles customer escalations _ - _Responsible for meeting release compliances"_ **_ People_** - _ Leads planning workshops and program steering committee meetings_ - _ Develops and mentors project managers and PMO for exceptionalperformance from team members to improve performance_ - _ Manages & Controls employee attrition rate_ - _ Ensures that eligible employee are released for rotation"_ - _ "Managing Customer Relationship and Scope Management _ - _Ensures that requirements document is comprehensive with clearlyoutlined scope boundary, non-functional requirements are capturedquantitatively._ - _ Develops a common understanding and sign-off on requirements bythe business users._ - _ Uses the right kind of requirement management tools to ensurecorrect understanding and scope idenfications_ - _ Provides wire-frames depicting user interface to give good viewof the navigation"_ - _ "Brand Building Initiatives _ - _Participates in initiatives which help in building Wipro Brandand developing progressive delivery. _ - "_ SAP Activate Methodology We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
