**The Service Technician reports to the Service Supervisor or Operations Supervisor.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To be familiar with the standard products of the company and be fully aware of company HSE policies.
- Ensure the allocated job is executed within the time frame provided by the supervisor or senior service technicians.
- Assist Senior service technicians on their service job.
- Update the work data in service work files.
- To notify the supervisor of any mistakes, omissions, and alterations.
- Work in an orderly and tidy manner, keeping the assembly, service, and wash area clean, and tidy at all times.
- Ensure the correct disposal of all excess and scrap materials as per company policies.
- Maintain good upkeep of the company’s equipment, reporting any losses or breakages to the supervisor and keeping it locked when not in use.
- To be available for field service trips if required.To engage in any other activities requested by the direct supervisor.

**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Secondary School Certificate / Technical training /Technical Diploma.
- Valid Qatar LMV driving License.
- Good practical experience in technical support, service work and equipment maintenance.
- Good experience in troubleshooting, Tool handling, Fabrication, and customer service.
- Good Performer, Quick learner, knowledge of mechanical or Electrical tools and jobs.
- Fluent in English - essential, Arabic - preferred.
