To manage and lead all factory personnel in order to deliver required business outcomes, will be responsible for production efficiency, workers schedule, Health and Safety, quality and most importantly the operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

Monitor and manage all factory activities to ensure business deliverables are met

Plan and schedule all factory activities in line with the factory operators and workers to optimize the use of plant, equipment, facilities and personnel

Provide regular feedback and reporting to Senior Management on factory performance and deliverables

Develop, promote, and support factory personnel, in order to deliver a strong working group (workers and staff) who are appropriately trained and qualified to deliver the best outcomes

Ensure all the activities of the factory are in line with the client requirements, so that products are completed efficiently and within their agreed time frame

Propose improvement plans for areas that are under performing, and ensure delivery of these plans after the Management approval.

Report and plan the maintenance of all plant and equipment to ensure that its availability is maximized

Ensure that the quality of all fabrication work carried out conforms to the client's specifications and to the Company's quality system

Develop and propose cost-effective alternatives and improvements to manufacturing procedures and processes to the Management and implement upon approval

**Experience and Education**

College degree or course equivalent to the factory operations

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and an experience in independently managing fabrication workshop

Willingness to take the ownership and accountability for a leading steel fabrication plant.
