- Lateral and Out of the Box Thinking: use logic and reasoning to develop plans and ideas, as a person responsible for implementing marketing strategies ability to think critically, come up with ideas, solutions and develop plans that are effective and efficient is a important skill to have
- Multi-tasking: must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Right Attitude: staying in a high state, enjoying your work, innovating, creating newness, motivate yourself and your team, inspire them to achieve goals and encourage them to develop their skills.
