**Job Summary**:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a key advisor and consultant to management and employees on human resource-related issues. This role supports the alignment of business objectives with employees and management across departments and provides strategic HR leadership to foster an efficient, productive, and engaged workforce. The HRBP will collaborate closely with senior management to implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to meet the organization’s strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic HR Partnership**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Align HR strategy with business goals, driving key people initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions related to talent management and workforce planning.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring prompt and fair resolution of issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, mediating conflicts when necessary.
- **Talent Management**:

- Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with talent acquisition teams to identify top talent for the organization.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Support leadership development, coaching managers to enhance their people management skills.
- **Organizational Development**:

- Identify areas for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
- Implement programs to increase employee engagement and retention, such as development programs, recognition initiatives, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and provide solutions for upskilling employees.
- **HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to create a consistent and compliant workplace.
- Advise managers on compliance issues and policy interpretation, mitigating risk for the company.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:

- Collaborate with the compensation team to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
- Provide support during annual compensation review processes.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health plans, leave policies, and other perks.
- **Data & Reporting**:

- Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and report on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement).
- Provide insights to management on workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare reports on HR activities, including recruitment, retention, and employee performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
