**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying and selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present property listings, conducting property tours and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
- Manage the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for listings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM software and online marketing tools is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must have driver’s license.
