Projects vary based on client needs, but the importance of seeing possibilities where other people find limits will be a constant. Business Consultants go deep to unlock insight, challenge established thinking, drive transformation, improve performance, and deliver bottom-line impact.

**YOUR STRENGTHS**

Demonstrated ability to develop client engagements, client relationships, and provide “thought leadership” to BI.

A combination of managing teams and “hands on” delivery experience is useful.

Over 10 years of solid track record of developing and owning strong client relationships with organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.

Highly preferable and beneficial to have consulted and delivered for clients in
- Board Advisory,
- Strategy,
- Fundraising,
- Technology,
- Energy,
- Healthcare,
- Private Equity, and
- Venture Capital among others.

**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**

BI works on a variety of projects across topics, industries and size, analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our clients.

You’ll collaborate with BI in a relationship-driven environment. BI works alongside some of the best minds on cases that reshape business, government and society helping you increase your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives, and develop new skills. At the same time, you’ll partner with clients, taking on the role of trusted advisor, and work at all levels of the client organization to find and execute value creation strategies that result in meaningful, enduring impact.

**YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH BI**
- The Business Consultant Partner is an entrepreneurial role.
- The Business Consultant Partner is a contractor and not an employee of BI.
- A revenue-sharing arrangement will exist between BI and the Consulting Partner.
- BI will work closely with you to explore, strategize and develop client relationships.
