**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- **HACCP Compliance**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP plans to ensure food safety.
- Conduct regular HACCP audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on HACCP principles and practices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings.
- Prepare and present reports on quality control performance and issues.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on quality control issues.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality control role within the F&B industry.
- Proven experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.
- **Certification**:

- HACCP certification is mandatory.
- **Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices in the F&B industry.
- Good knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry standards and regulations.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
