Security Manager

1) Responsible to manage the industrial security operations and administration for construction of petrochemical plants.

2) Management of security systems including access control, surveillance and intrusions systems.

3) Development, implementation and compliance of SOW for security projects including safety and security training, policies and procedures, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and risk management for Company facilities and operations.

4) Recruitment, selection and performance management of direct hire and contracted security staff.

5) Identification of employee training and personal development plans with the Human Capital Department to bridge knowledge gaps for continuous progression.
Compliance and coordination with regulating authorities including MOI, Qatar Energy and the GDIS (Global Directorate, Industrial Security) and international standards including ISO.

6) Development and execution of the Department’s Strategic Plan to ensure alignment to corporate goals and contribute to the development of annual business plans.

7) Ensure optimisation of workflow processes for the department and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to ensure international benchmarks enable operational effectiveness. Audit integrity of measures and mitigate operational risks.

8) Risk management analysis and evaluate and identify operational risks.
Development of relationships with local authorities, auditors, IT and external contractors to identify threats and mitigate risks.
