We are looking for an experienced **Security Manager **for our Mall operations. As the Security Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors, tenants, and employees. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing security strategies, managing security operations, coordinating emergency preparedness, and fostering a culture of security awareness. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans, policies, and procedures for the mall.
- Manage a team of security personnel and outsourced security team.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Maintain a visible and proactive security presence within the mall premises.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and vendors for effective security operations.
- Develop and update emergency response plans and conduct drills and exercises.
- Oversee the investigation of security incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Provide ongoing training and education to security personnel and conduct awareness programs for staff, tenants, and visitors.
- Coordinate with external security service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with standards and contractual obligations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in security management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in security management, preferably in a mall or large-scale commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in relevant security programs (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) is a plus.
