PLC Engineer

**Requirements**:

- minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in PLC solutions with good knowledge and experience in pre-commissioning., commissioning of PLC's (SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, ALLEN BRADLEY, GE FANUC, UNITRONICS, HIMA) in green / brown field projects.
- expertise in Technical Project Management for PLC Project's
- knowledge of Design, Development, Procurement, Testing and Commissioning of PLC's in green field and brown field Oil & Gas Projects.
- Having sound knowledge of communication protocols and Networks: such Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Device Net, ControlNet, Modbus etc.
- Proficiency in P&ID, PFD, Cause and Effect, interlock narrative, Data sheets, single line DWG, Switchgear & HVAC understanding.
- Detailed experience in review of documents submitted by PLC OEM not limited to Site Survey Report, Material Submittal, BOM, System Architecture, Network Interconnection Drawing. Control Cabinet General Architecture, Wiring & Power distribution drawings, Power & Heat Dissipation Calculation, DCS Graphics for Package PLCS, SOE List, Functional Design Specification, HMI Detailed Design Specification.
- Involved in review & preparation of FAT Procedure, Method statement for PLC retrofit & FAT Punch List Clearance Template
- Knowledge in review of SAT Procedure, Inspection and test plan (ITPs), Method statement, SAT Punch List Clearance Template, PLC & HMI Application back-up log document, As-Built drawings package (Auto-Cad existing update/Red markup) As-built approval log sheet & Training manuals documents
- Coordinate with construction team and manage vendors to ensure the construction, pre-commissioning and startup completion is on schedule.
- System Design in terms of sizing of system hardware and software's.
- Participate in project closeout activities, including client handover, documentation tumover, and lessons learned sessions.
- with valid QID with NOC

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
