**Job Description - Event Catering Sales Executive**

**Position**: Event Catering Sales Executive
**Department**: Sales & Business Development

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**
- Generate new leads and inquiries for event catering services.
- Actively promote catering packages to corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and individuals.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and food tasting arrangements.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable menu options, setups, and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.

**Event Coordination Support**
- Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to ensure event requirements are well-communicated.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth event execution.
- Attend major events to support client management when required.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and client communications.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track event revenue, conversions, and sales targets.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are completed properly.
