Job Description**:Catering & Event Supervisor**

Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 4,500 (Full Package / All in) + Sales Commission**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead a team of catering sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences, and tailor catering proposals accordingly.
- Conduct client meetings and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to plan and execute successful events.
- Assist clients with menu selection, event logistics, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage catering sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular pricing analysis to remain competitive in the market.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Catering Sales or similar role in the hospitality industry is best.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
