**Job description**

We are looking for an IT Technician / Admin to join our team. Previous IT experience is mandatory.
- Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- Maintain Computer Systems From servers to security programs, it is up to IT Administrator to review the center’s computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
- Manage Network Security, it is the duty of IT Administrator to assess security programs and decide which is best for the center. he will install and manage these systems, conduct updates, create passwords, and run check for viruses and spyware.
- Conduct network troubleshooting to segregate and identify general network problems.
- Manage, maintain and update onsite copiers, printers and electronics
- Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure conformance.
- Perform with UPS to manage all UPS (uninterruptible power supply) workstations along with existing and operational printers.
- Support in workflow evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain server, upgrade, secure, system backups and disaster recovery preparation.
- Recommend software and hardware solutions comprising of upgrades and new acquisitions.
- Install software, maintain and introduce training as needed.
- Maintain and secure passwords, file system security and data integrity for desktop environment.
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations.
- Manage entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
- Inform senior staff about industry innovations and recommend relevant upgrades.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Keep a record of products sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the center to the correct point of storage area.
- Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
- Refuse or acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Work closely with purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
- troubleshoot any delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.
- Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

Ability to commute/relocate:
