**Job Vacancy: Chief Steward**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Chief Steward** to join our team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as Chief Steward or similar role in a **5-star hotel**:

- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and **HACCP standards**:

- Proven ability to manage stewarding staff, schedules, and daily operations
- Experience in inventory control, equipment handling, and chemical usage
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily stewarding operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage stewarding team performance, training, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to support smooth operations
- Monitor and control stewarding supplies and equipment

**Preference**:

- Location:_ Doha, Qatar
- Availability:_ Immediate / As per notice period
