**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished garments to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities and take corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of production, including pre-production samples, in-line production, and final inspection.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
- Prepare quality reports for management, highlighting any issues and recommending improvements.
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling of materials and products throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Provide feedback to suppliers and vendors regarding material quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest quality control techniques, standards, and regulations in the têxtile and apparel industry.
- Train and guide production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular workshops or briefings to enhance the quality awareness within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the têxtile and apparel industry.
- Experience with quality inspection and control processes in garment manufacturing.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, AQL standards).

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
