**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects based on drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, quotations, and reports.
- Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and logistics for ongoing projects.
- Handle client inquiries and provide regular project updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in the **signage industry** is essential.
- Strong knowledge of estimating and project coordination processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
