- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in civil estimation within construction projects in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of **Qatar construction standards, regulations, and market conditions**.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Cost X, MS Excel, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders/projects under tight deadlines.
- UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage.
