Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Ground Services team based in Doha as Manager Strategy and Communications.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a leading Aviation group to lead strategy formulation and communication initiatives for the Ground Services team.

**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading internal communications within the Ground Services Division.
- Develop and execute strategies that support the division's objectives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and translating business goals into actionable plans.
- To serve as a primary point of contact for internal communications, responsible for creating and delivering content that keeps ground staff informed of policies, procedures, and operational updates in a clear, timely and effective manner.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on strategic priorities, business planning and communication direction.
- Monitor industry trends, benchmarking data and emerging practices to enhance strategic decision making and planning effectiveness.
- Support and lead change management initiatives by creating communication plans that drive awareness and reporting activities.
- Oversee brand consistency, staff engagement messaging and leadership visibility.

**Qualifications**
- High School Qualification with Minimum 7 years of job-related experience
- Strong background in Branding/Marketing/Communications is a must.
- Proven experience in a similar communications role.
- Experience in strategy support, corporate communication, or content creation.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe, or similar).
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Knowledge of KPI development and reporting frameworks is preferred.
- Basic understanding of reporting and visualization using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
