**JOB SUMMARY**:

Acting as a liaison between the customer and, the service team and management aiming at high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Handles customer complaints, resolves service-related issues, and escalates complex problems to the appropriate channels.
- Gathers customer feedback on service quality, technician performance, and overall satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintains accurate customer records, service histories, and feedback logs in the company's system.
- Identifies opportunities to promote additional services or products to customers based on their needs.
- Monitors service quality, ensures adherence to company standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
