**Technical Skills**:

- Work with team to understand their business requirement and conduct a gap analysis
- Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
- Working with departments to facilitate the implementation and support of dynamics 365 HR & Payroll modules
- Design, configuration, and testing of core dynamics 365 HR & Payroll modules
- Creating and executing test scripts and providing general usability guidance for the end user
- Designing new HR & Payroll solutions and HR Operations, testing resources, and participating in test plan design and execution.
- Work as a part of the ERP team to assist in the analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to the ERP
- Establish security protocols and ensure appropriate user access to HR data, systems and environments
- Research and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes to further operational effectiveness within Human Resources and Manage requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and lifecycle of all HRIS projects and activities.

**Certifications and Qualification and Experience**:

- 3:5 years of progressive experience as a functional consultant in operationalizing the Employee Life-Cycle, the HR Service Delivery Model, and delivering an exceptional employee experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Must have strong functional HR process and practice acumen and technical aptitude.
- Should have experience cultivating and supporting solutions across multiple HR functions.
- hands-on experience in Microsoft dynamics 365 is a must
- Must be able to work both independently & within a team environment
- Minimum five years of relevant experience and three full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations (D365FO) and AX with a focus in Human Resources Management.
