**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure vessel availability and readiness of loading are maintained at all times
- Schedule vessel sailing and loading plan.
- Prioritize and look after cargo, heavy lift and escort requirement
- Schedule topping of bulk and bunker replenishments with various entities (Port end user, suppliers, bulk operators and marine contractors)
- Prepare vessel cargo manifest and departure clearance
- Utilize Vessel Tracking system (VTS) to update the operational team on vessel arrivals, departures and any related information
- Communicate through radio (VHF/SSB) to deliver vessel related information
- Prepare work documentation and quality requirements;
- Keep Management Teams apprised of status/constraints;
- Develop and maintain the data base for standard work packs and task lists;
- Backlog Monitoring and reassessment of risk;
- Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
- Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:
Higher Secondary Education/Diploma from a recognized institution

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marine Operations (Vessel Inspection, crewing and offshore rig/vessel/barge
- 3 years supervisory-level experience

**Experience**:

- Vessel scheduling: 3 years (required)
