We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Mall Marketing Social Media Executive to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Development: Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that highlight mall events, promotions, and tenant offerings.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that drives foot traffic, enhances brand awareness, and fosters community engagement.
- Community Management: Manage the mall's social media presence by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Foster a positive online community and encourage customer interaction.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote mall events, sales, and special promotions through targeted social media campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on engagement metrics, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep the mall’s social media presence relevant and engaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with mall tenants and event planners to gather information and promote their offerings effectively on social media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media communications adhere to the mall's branding guidelines and reflect its values.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:3-4 years of experience in social media Mall digital marketing.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design or video editing preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
