**Job summary/Role description**
- The Subcontracts Administration Engineer contributes to the entering, in the specific Data Base, the works performed by Subcontractors and for detecting, both before and after, any
- deviation from budget values.

**A background in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering is required, as the role involves coordination with discipline supervisors and review of subcontractor documentation related to electrical and instrumentation works.**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To assist the Subcontract Manager in the verification of extra works.
- To follow the accountancy of works.
- To check that the accounts prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses, with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors.
- To analyse and check that all accounting documents have been duly approved and are accompanied where necessary by explanatory drawings and sketches.
- To collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare the cost control tabulations.

**Person Specification**

**Knowledge & Qualifications**
- University degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering

**Experience**
- Significant experience in the industrial construction of large or XL gas plants.
- Covered a similar role in at least 2-3 projects of comparable size.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, management skills.
- Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
