**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Portal Management**:

- Manage and update company profiles on **Qatar Energy** and other oil and gas industry portals.
- Regularly monitor portals for new tender opportunities and updates.
- Ensure company information remains accurate and up to date across all platforms.

**2. Tender Preparation and Submission**:

- Identify and evaluate relevant **tender opportunities** aligned with company capabilities.
- Coordinate all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Work closely with **legal, finance, operations, and other internal departments** to compile the required information for tender proposals.
- Review and edit documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness before submission.

**3. Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the **primary point of contact** for all tender-related inquiries.
- Facilitate internal discussions to ensure alignment with tender requirements.
- Schedule and participate in **tender briefing sessions** as needed to gain insights into client expectations.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of **tender submissions, outcomes, and client feedback**.
- Generate periodic reports on **tender activities, success rates, and improvement areas**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field**.
- **2+ years** of experience in tender coordination, contract management, or a similar role in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of **tendering processes, compliance requirements, and online portal management**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and tender submission software.
- Excellent **organizational and communication skills**.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Education**:
