The Specialist - Tenders and Contracts will be responsible for managing and overseeing tender processes and contract management within the organization. This includes preparing tender submissions, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and supporting negotiations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit tenders in line with client requirements and deadlines.
- Review and draft contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and compliant.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tenders and contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Support the negotiation of contract terms with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract and tender processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Law, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in tendering or contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze complex documents and legal terms.
