**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team with Banking Experience.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with banking products (checking/savings accounts, loans, credit cards) and online/mobile banking platforms.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using banking software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking.
