We’re Hiring | Body Shop Manager

Al Waha Cars is seeking an experienced and results-driven Body Shop Manager to join our automotive operations team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily body shop operations including denting, painting, and polishing
- Supervise foremen, technicians, denters, painters, and support staff
- Monitor job cards, repair progress, and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Manage accident repair cases and coordinate insurance-related jobs
- Ensure strict quality control standards prior to vehicle handover
- Optimize manpower allocation and workshop productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and senior management
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive body shop operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience in accident repairs and insurance coordination
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence

Location: Qatar

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
