 POSITION OVERVIEW: ·       Reports to Bodyshop Branch Manager / Workshop Manager   ·       Responsible for ensuring the quality standards throughout the Bodyshop, inclusive of Quality Control, Assurance, Auditing and inspecting the quality standards are in line with Manufacturer's standards.   KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE: ·       Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs to ensure work is completed in line with job orders. Monitor and ensure that quality standards are implemented in all areas of activity and report any deviation upon occurrence.·       Conduct detailed final overall inspection for all vehicles prior to delivery.·       Whilst testing and inspecting vehicles note any additional work required and report to Service Reception accordingly·       Maintain records of quality inspections and tabulate workshop quality levels monthly making recommendations for actions required to improve quality levels·       Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained throughout the site within legal requirements and in line with Company policy. Report any out -of -line conditions to the Branch Service Manager. This also applies to personnel performing company business off site. Maintain records of any out of line conditions showing corrective action taken, with dates.·       Perform other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.     PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS: ·       Dealership Experience (3 – 5 Years)·       Must have Qatar Driving License·       Ability to understand and speak English ADDITIONAL NOTES: ·       Working Hours: as per the Service Dept. Timings.
