**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:

- Hands-on experience with pipeline coating methods.
- Solid understanding of quality control, inspection processes, and health & safety standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Experience managing third-party vendors or overseeing construction packages is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.

**Tasks**:

- Manage and coordinate coating operations with external vendors, ensuring compliance with project specs and safety rules.
- Track production schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive steps to avoid delays.
- Serve as the main point of contact between vendors and internal project teams (engineering, planning, quality, logistics, HSE).
- Maintain daily production reports, flagging deviations and risks to timelines.
- Arrange inspections, audits, and testing with quality teams and clients.
- Ensure all coating work is documented accurately, including reporting issues and corrective actions.
- Assist in solving technical or operational challenges alongside project engineering and vendor teams.
