In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance on implementation, configuration setup and roll out of various features for maintaining the corporate Learning Management System by collaborating with the vendors, IT Department and QR Business Units.
- Provide technical and administrative support to 45K+ users, 100+ trainers, learning administrators, data analysts and 50K+ non QR Users.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily operations using IT support and helpdesks to ensure all user technical issues encountered and reported by users are addressed promptly to avoid any disruptions in operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Experienced in implentation, deployment and support of LMS in a global enterprise
- Experience as LMS Administrator on CSOD.
