The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing proactive and collaborative administrative support to the Sales team. This position will assist Sales with high activity customers during the quoting and order entry process and will serve as the organizational liaison between the customer and Salesperson during each transaction.

**POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive, enter, and oversee customer layouts, quotes, returns and credits and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare extensive order files and organize data in Excel in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Create new customer account set-up includes reference checks, customer number creation, payment terms approval and tax forms.
- Coordinate the prequalification and bid packages, renewals and obtains insurance related documentations from customers
- Review and consolidates project documents including technical and commercial proposals, project spec and estimates to ensure they meet project definition document specifications
- Organize and maintain customer files and documentations
- Communicate to customer regarding project status, educates customer on next steps, and expresses customer needs to all departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Support sales by up-selling and cross-selling products and services with the ability to recommend appropriate products based on the customer’s environment and written specifications
- Assist with research on potential new prospects
- Proactively communicates with customer to ensure all commitments and obligations for the customer are met and/or exceeded throughout the project/order and provides ongoing support to ensure that needs are met
- Other duties as assigned to support the growth of MSI Qatar

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Associate degree in Business or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a degree equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
- Above average proficiency in MS Office Products with advanced skill level in Excel
- Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information
- Above average interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities
- Demonstrated above average organizational skills, multitasking skills and can recognize and deal appropriately with priorities
- Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
There is a mínimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average at least 40 hours a week and may require some additional hours.
