**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company while meeting client needs.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about the latest industry developments and sales techniques. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and accountability.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the field of (Play Equipment-Street Furniture-Sports Flooring).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
