**Responsibilities**:
**Export Operations**:

- Manage and oversee all export-related activities, including documentation, shipping, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and customs procedures.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

**Supplier Coordination**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delays.

**Inventory Management**:

- Perform inventory control, balancing stock levels to ensure availability without overstocking.
- Analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and develop strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Maintain detailed inventory records and reports, including movement, stock aging, and replenishment.

**PDD Administration (Product Development Department)**:

- Organize and maintain product development spreadsheets, tracking new product launches, changes, and inventory needs.
- Assist in coordinating new product introductions, ensuring alignment with export logistics and supplier availability.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare detailed reports on export performance, inventory status, and supplier performance.
- Develop and maintain organized documentation and spreadsheets to support decision-making and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in export management, preferably within the luxury furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping processes, and logistics.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management and inventory control software (ERP/SAP knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- A strong personality with the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage complex operations.
- Fluency in English is preferred, with a strong command of English for international communication.
