We are a growing company specializing in the import and export of high-quality fresh fruits and vegetables. Our mission is to provide fresh produce to global markets efficiently, sustainably, and reliably. We're now looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and optimize our supply chain and daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end logistics for import and export of fruits and vegetables
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and manage inventory, storage, and cold chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and food safety standards
- Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff
- Analyze operations performance and implement cost-saving and efficiency strategies
- Manage documentation for shipping, customs, and quality assurance
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Report to senior management on KPIs and operational challenges

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in fresh produce import/export highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
