**Job Title: CONTENT STRATEGY MANAGER (ARABIC)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies and plans that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Build and maintain the highest standards of client relations & engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, messaging, and creative assets to ensure effective communication and brand consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to foster their growth and maximize their performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and innovative media strategies to recommend and implement new opportunities for reaching target audiences.
- Ensure management is updated on the status of the organization’s media accounts in terms of problems, plans and objectives
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders within the organization to ensure an optimal client experience.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years as a Content Strategy Manager in a Media sector.
- Strong knowledge of clients’ needs and commercially minded.
- Excellent project manager, communicator and highly organized.
- Solid track record of working closely with clients on their communications strategies (Agency Only)
- Excellent leadership and will be nurturing and motivational and comfortable in delegating and directing people and projects.
- Proactive in developing new brand initiatives, campaigns, and will be thoroughly comfortable and professional in championing clients’ requirements, creative briefing, presentations, cost calculation and ensuring key project milestones and client objectives are achieved (Agency Only)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English and Arabic
