**Job description**

We are looking for an experienced **BMS Operator** with **3 years of experience** in **facility management**. If you are skilled in operating and managing building systems and ready to join immediately, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor the **Building Management System (BMS)** to ensure efficient and safe functioning of HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of BMS-controlled equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system malfunctions or errors in the BMS.
- Coordinate with the facility management team to schedule and execute preventive maintenance.
- Respond to emergency alarms and take corrective action to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure all BMS data and logs are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Assist in the integration of new building systems into the BMS for efficient management.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for BMS-related upgrades and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and operational procedures.
- Provide reports and updates on system performance and issues to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** as a BMS Operator in **facility management**.
- Strong understanding of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid **QID** and **NOC**.
- **Ready to join immediately**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
