- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Accurately document maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond to service and maintenance requests in a timely manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in HVAC is preferred).
- **2 to 4 years of experience** as an HVAC technician, preferably in commercial or facility management settings.
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., **EPA 608**, **NATE**) is **required**.
- Additional certification or training in **electrical systems** or **refrigeration** is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
- Proficiency in handling refrigerants and understanding environmental regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.

**Salary & Benefits**:
