**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of HVAC systems (split, package, VRF, ducted, chilled water systems, etc.).
- Assign tasks and oversee the daily activities of HVAC technicians and assistants.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system faults, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of tools and materials.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related technical field.
- Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience in HVAC, with at least [Y] years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in HVAC systems or refrigerant handling (e.g., EPA, FGAS, etc.).
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Valid driving license (if required for the role).
