Job Description: Male Body Aroma Massage Therapist **with Qatar License**

Position: Male Body Aroma Massage Therapist

Location**:West Walk, Al Waab, Salwa Road**

Starting salary**:QAR 4,500 to QAR 5,000 (Full package / All in)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of aroma massage techniques, using essential oils to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the client’s overall health.
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any medical conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on the consultation.
- Ensure adherence to all guidelines and regulations set by the Qatar Health Authorities for safe and legal practice.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment. Follow strict sanitation protocols before and after each session.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details and progress notes. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Have in-depth knowledge of essential oils and their therapeutic benefits. Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance the client's treatment experience.
- Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in aroma massage therapy through ongoing education and professional development.
- Work effectively with other spa and wellness team members to provide a comprehensive approach to client wellness.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations that may occur during a session.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, with specialization in Aroma Massage, from a recognized institution.
- Valid massage therapy license issued by the Qatar Health Authorities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aroma massage therapy, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
- Proficiency in aroma massage techniques, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding of the therapeutic benefits of essential oils.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with massage therapy, including standing for extended periods and using hands and arms for massage techniques.
- Professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
