**Duties & Responsibilities**:
He/she will establish, leverage, and support the creation of a talent pipeline with Colleges and Universities and provide comprehensive source of global talent supply and demand data, predictive analytics and insights into real-time job markets.
Other responsibilities include to review and propose compensation amendments pertaining to promotions, salary adjustments and perform job analysis and evaluation as per the approved system of UDST.

- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, HR or related field
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment or related field
**Language**:
- Fluency in written and spoken English language is required
**Other Required Skills**:
Ambitious and self motivated team player with a high standard of professional integrity. Good knowledge & understanding of Workforce Planning, Strategic Human Capital Management, Talent Development & Organizational Development. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management skills are essential. Reliable and dependable with a desire to lead by example and an ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality. Analytical thinking, effective problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organization is required to be successful in this role. A commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is desirable.
