To lead and direct the Finance function through providing strategic financial direction, defining the financial governance guidelines and supporting the management decision-making process, while providing timely and accurate financial and risk analysis reports that set the framework for establishing company's short
- and medium-term liquidity and financing needs to enable the profitable development and growth of the business and the achievement of company's objectives with the overall company vision and mission.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognised university
- Master’s degree is preferred
- A professional qualification such as CA/CPA/CFA is preferred

**Minimum Experience**:

- 12 years of experience in a similar role and industry, with at least 8 years in managerial roles
- Experience working in GCC

**Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical)**:

- Proficiency in English
- Expert understanding and knowledge of project finance, corporate finance, financial management, accounting, and budgeting
- Expert understanding of the financial regulatory framework and reporting requirements.
- Broad knowledge of the economic and business market in which company operates.
- Strong ability to provide leadership and strategic direction on critical business issues and finance matters.
- Strong ability to advice and provide decision-making support on complex financial matters.
- Ability to manage a large team without losing focus of business strategy and direction.

**Salary**: QAR40,000.00 - QAR70,000.00 per month
