Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager at Al Noor Al Huda Trading and Contracting, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research and Opportunity Identification**: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and evaluate customer needs to align our offerings with market demands.
- Strategic Partnerships and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and potential clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to define and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that aligns with company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Generate high-quality leads, conduct initial outreach, and develop a pipeline of qualified clients. Lead negotiations and close strategic deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, and lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Insights and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably within the [industry, e.g., construction, trading, contracting] sector.
- Proven track record of developing and closing new business deals, with a strong client network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with market analysis tools.
